WELLBEING SERVICE
The Wellbeing service offers input from qualified mental health staff for people with mild to moderate mental health concerns. This would include low mood, anxiety, concerns around alcohol or drug use, memory difficulties and stress / distress related to individual events.. Appointments will be up to 30 minutes long and staff will assist you if possible and signpost you to other services if required. You can request an appointment with our Wellbeing nurse via, GP / practice nurse and reception staff at the practice.

Togetherall - A mental health community freely available to those aged 16 to 24
Togetherall supports immediate and longer-term mental health 24/7 and is freely available to those aged 16 to 24. Members join the community anonymously for support with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing issues from anxiety, depression and isolation, to relationship issues and lifestyle challenges.
